At the start there is a car crash and the cop kills the bad guys girlfriend by accident I think? Then the bad guy goes to prison and gets out years later wanting revenge on the cop. The cop argues with his wife/girlfriend then I think she walks out the house he chases her then their house blows up. By the baddie. I think there is a bit where the wife is on a bus wilh a bomb straped to her and the cop has to save her, that's all I can remember...
