My wife currently on probation in Florida received permission to leave to NY for a month. Her son is dying of cancer and it will be in longer then the month period. How can I get her more time to be with her son. If you have any suggestion please answer this.

SHE is the only one who can get her time in NY extended. SHE needs to call her PO and follow up with a letter. Attaching a letter from the son's Physician is also a very good idea.

You, unfortunately, are not a party to this.

Agree you can't do anything, She will have to contact the PO and ask for more time, or she may have to return to FL and then get permission for another trip.
