The word kesha is Hindi/Sanskrit/Punjabi word, which stands for hair/tresses/locks. So, the song 'grow a pear by kesha' means some pear (a sort of fruit) to be grown BY hair. Looks eerie, is not it?

It means that she thinks the guy she's with isn't really a "man", and should "grow a PAIR"... you know, like if someone thinks a guy is being a sissy or something - they might say "come on man, grow a pair!"
