I have a HP Pavilion m8300f and when I turn it on a blue screen pops up,yes I have tried to push F8 and put it in safe mode and it does not work,please help me

Do You Mean A Blue screen of death? If You do try reinstalling the os.
All You Have To Do Is Boot By Cd With Install Disk In The Drive

Does it say anything on the screen? Its possible your hard drive is bad or your Windows installation is corrupted. If you try to do a Restore or reinstall the OS, you will probably lose all your data. So you may want to take it to a tech to try and recover your data first.
