I have an 95 civic ex. The car will start with push and clutch start, but turning the key will not start the car. Once the clutch is disengaged, turning the key does not turn the engine over. By the way, I had boots on the yesterday - the last day turning the key worked. I believe I kicked a wire loose. The panel under the steering has been removed. Any thoughts?
