My daughter left the sink running for about 30 minutes and water flooded the bathroom floor and a little bit under the sink. I cleaned it up, but about an half hour later, it started leaking through the light down stairs in the kitchen and now its made a water bubble on the sealing, and now that's leaking too.

HELP. I have no clue what to do, and my in laws are already angry at me. How bad could the damage be in your opinion? And how big of a problem is this going to be? Its been over an hour and its still leaking down!

It appears you have some left over water in the ceiling cavity. Water travels and will puddle in the lowest point inside the ceiling - then will find its way out. I would take a large nail and poke a hole in the area where water droplets appear. That will allow all water to drip out. It may take overnight to empty all accumulated water. Since it is clean water, I would not worry too much about it. It will slowly evaporate on its own. The bubble on the ceiling is probably paint that disengaged from drywall under the weight of water. You will have to carefully cut around it with utility knife and peel it off - and later re-patch it and repaint it.
