When I was about 6 or 7 years old, I watched this movie, I can't remember the name though. It was about this 3 witches, I want to say one was tall, short and fat. They made this potion and it blew up and sent them flying out of the house. Then later they went to this Halloween party & it was all cartoon like, or 'animated' But I would really like to know if anyone knew the name of this movie?
