I am looking for an animated movie about a boy whose father designed a power pack called Powermaster I think. All I remembered about the movie was the boy arriving at hos house in a motorcycle. All my search resulted in Transformers which I am very sure is not the movie.

Another movie I am looking for is a cadet movie where in the final scene two teams have to battle it out with ballons filled with paint.
