How many times should I clean my nose after it gets pierced.. its been more than a month and the keloid or bump don't know what it is, appears n disappears long n off.. inside the nostril its looking more like a mess

OK leave about plastic because I can't explain it lol.. but I want to know what should I do because inside the nostril its much worse than outside.. what should I do to get rid of it? shall I apply any ointment that I use for acne or pimple or just the use of dettol and leave it

It depends what type of nose ring it is. The one I used when I first got a nose piercing I used what is called a hook. You have to curve it around to make it go in. the best one to use is called a nose bone. It is strait with kind of a ball part for the inside of the nose. Don't do yoga with it though. I have done so and it popped out.
