Ok,so I am 24 weeks pregnant(25 on Monday) I have been having pressure in my vagina like her head is RIGHT THERE For 2 days at first it was just pressure, now its cramping on and off through the day, its not HORRIBLE cramps but enough that its noticeable, should I be worried about pre-term labor?

From what you describe, these changes are usually not felt until later in pregnancy. It may be that you are just more sensitive to them, but it would be wise to contact your doctor or midwife today so that they can do a check.

Be sure, as well, that you are having enough fluids as being a bit dehydrated can also cause the uterus to contract more.
