I have completed all my requirements and my attorney is filing on my behalf. I have passed all my urine testing. The first test I took gave a me a red flag so I retested and nothing. I assume if I failed they would be knocking on my door with and arrest warrant. I still have a month and a half left with my ignition lock. My 6 months is up December 9. How long does this process take? In other words when will I be done with all of this and how likely will I get early termination?

You did not say how long you were on probation ? A year ?
You also said your six months is up Dec 6, so did you only get 6 months ?

I doubt you will get early release, since all that is required is you don't drink, They will almost always require you to finish the time required for the ignition lock system.

My thought, if he files for a court date now to get off, locally it would be 30 to 60 days to get a court date for a hearing
