If you have had white bumps around your genitalia for almost 1.5 years, you should have them checked by your doctor. Are you sexually active? It could be something as normal as hair follicles or it could be a skin irritation or STI, the only way to know for sure is to have your doctor look at them.

To explain Aurora_Bell's comment, a Gentile is a person who is not born Jewish. I think the word you were looking for is genitals or genitalia.
