My heater works but the air conditioner blows out warm air.

Is the outside unit running at all? If not check all your breakers going to the a/c. If the system is running check to see if the larger copper line exiting the a/c unit is quite a bit colder to the touch than the smaller copper line. Its all a stab in the dark for what little info you have given.

Looks like heater did not make required temperature at that time.

Is this a heat pump? I assume it is.
