Me, my girlfriend and housemate have had some strange things going on around my house and felt we had a spiritual entity present. We attempted to communicate with it and the entity we spoke to told us that he was there to protect my girlfriend from a demon that has been at my house since it was built (37 years ago) and that all it wanted from her was love and love, I asked the same question on two separate occasions and they were the answers given in those spellings. Do I really have a demon in my house? Has anyone ever heard of anything like this before? Seems a bit far fetched a ghost protecting my girlfriend from a demon wanting love... any feedback is appreciated

I think you should talk to a professional but in the mean time you should put salt on the doors and windows and around any bed a living person sleeps I hope this helps u

Thanks for your advice but if I do have one its only done two slightly aggressive acts being my girlfriend was held back onto the bed and the same thing happened to my housemate, both around the time they moved in to my house, which was a long time ago, and lately the only thing that's happened is my other housemates girlfriend got said hello to and my dog was barking like crazy at something in the kitchen. All these events happen at 4 am and so far I have had no contact or interference from anything since I've lived here. It just doesn't sound like demon activity to me, I would expect it to be a lot more haunting and terrifying and aggressive if I had one here and they existed.

That's where they have you fooled. It IS demonic activity... that is EXACTLY how they operate. You don't have to have growlings, scratches and heads spinning around for it to be demonic. Their very nature is deception... not violence. I assume you were using a board to communicate with the spirit(s).

The church needs to remove these entities from your home... and if you are going to keep in contact with spirits, you may as well not contact anyone for help as they have a right to be there. This is not something to play with. These entities operate on spiritual legalities and once the willful contact has been made with them, they now have rights there.

Thanks for your reply. Yea we used a ouija board to connect with it. This is the first time I've done anything like this so the spirits were already here before we invited them.

After the conversation was over we went back through the answers and discovered that the spirit protecting my girlfriend from this demon was actually an ex partner from a long time ago that committed suicide around the same time she moved into my house. He said that it was the demon that held them both down and when I asked why the demon held my house mate down he replied because they were close. Naturally I asked why it had made no attempt to attack or terrorize me seeings as though I'm closer to my girlfriend than my mate, it replied 'wait' to me then 'soon' then the indicator thing went to goodbye...

Not really sure what to take of it but I've never an evil presence or any for that matter. I'm not a religious person so I don't believe in the whole heaven hell, angel demon thing so I'm sure if this has any effect on any of it at all but there is definitely some sort of thing at my house just pops up every few months to let us know it's there. Its not evil or bad just takes people by surprise. The times we've noticed anything happen is only to someone that's recently moved in then it leaves them alone and that it happens at 4 am.

Any ideas?

My advice and "ideas" are going to be centered about the teachings of Christianity. I'd love to help, but it doesn't really work unless you are going to believe it. God doesn't run a charity hospital, and by that I mean He isn't going to help if it's not something you are going to believe in in the first place. There are plenty of others on this site that I'm sure have some advice they can give you. If advice centered around Christianity isn't something you can go for, there is nothing I can do for you.

I'm a paranormal investigator,and demons do not exist... people refer to it as a demon because it seems aggressive.More than likely it's a poltaguist, and often, if there is a "normal" spirit in the house as well, it will protect against the evil ghost to an extent.Things seem to get worse before they get better.

First you don't try and talk to demons, and I agree, a demon that did not have authority to be in your home and could have easily be chased off, after you have given it a door to come in, now has permission to be there and is harder to get rid of.

A bible is great, and you need to learn what is in it, but even the demons know it word for word and will try to use it to trick you at times. Knowing it and believing in it is two different things.

The person protecting your girlfriend, have you tried to ask it who he is? This person may be the one who summoned the demon 37 years ago and wasn't able to cross over because they needed to be rid of the demon. Best way to get rid of these entities is to burn white sage, sweet grass and cedar needles and command the entities to leave and never return in the name of love and light and the father, son and holy spirit. Then go to a church and have your home blessed

Since when do demons keep people from crossing over to eternity? If they belong to God, no demon can interfere with that. If they don't belong to God, they're going where demons are anyway. There is no in between.
