In state of Tennessee,just has been brought to my attention, my divorce was not final tntil October 6. Well I got remarried on October 4th 2 days before my final divorce, So is this an actual legal marriage?

I would have a new civil ceremony just you, your husband and the JP and get a new marriage license.

You may have to file with the courts if they were the ones dragging their feet. It depends on the timeline. You can't have a legal marriage if you were still married to your ex.
