Brand Names: Anexsia, Anolor DH5, Bancap HC, Dolacet, Lorcet 10/ 650, Lortab, Norco, T-Gesic, Vicodin, Zydone

It is the generic form of Loracet. It's Hydrocodone & Tylenol, (10mg of Hydrocodone & 650mg of Tylenol). It is a pain medicine.
