My sister and I are named equally in a living trust for my Father. She takes care of him and is POA. He had advanced Alzheimers and recently just passed. I just found out my sister had an addendum placed on the deed signing over the home to just her upon his death. How can I retrieve my equal share of the assests.

You will probably have to go to court over this, You will have to prove that she violated the terms of the trust and her responsibility as POA.
