    Beauty, hair color removal
Tried to strip my naturally grey and black hair (colored with robert craig brown to a dark brown) and got ORANGE. Used loreal super bleach blonde, which in the past has given me white/very light blonde, which are fine.

Hated it. Dyed it with clairol natural instincts black. Tried a few other colors and none would cover the orange. The black looks OK until the grey and black roots grow in and then I look like old bag trying to hide age. Hate that too. Want to strip it and go blonde. Have rusk elimin8.

Hair so fried after the attempt to strip it with loreal. Once used phantom and got good hair color results (required recolor, but so what?) and terrible allergic reaction. Can't repeat the allergic reaction but am afraid to use rusk elimin8 because of that.

Am I safe with rusk elimin8? Will I get bumps and itching? Will it strip most or all of the natural instincts black so that I can recolor blonde?

    Help! k.

If you want go blonde, you must first lighten the hair with bleach (hydrogen peroxide) and then apply a toner to make it look natural. You should consider getting your hair professionally done.
