I have missed 4 pills at the end of October and 2 in the beginning of the month of November. Have spotted every so often but its dark and only last one day but I'm not sure if could be pregnant?

If you haven't had a period, it would be wise to try a pregnancy test. Also, be sure to use another form of birth control until you know for sure one way or the other.

If you do have another period, then start a new pack of pills on time. If forgetting is a concern, try setting your phone alarm or a watch alarm to go off at a convenient time each day to remind you.
