My daughter is 12 and having pain in her leg. I have been doing some research and the location is a tendon by her ankle she can barely walk on her tippy toes . It is swollen and a bit red yesterday. I can't even put any pressure on it. She had a mile run last week on Tuesday. Other then that she does a lot of walking but that's not unsual.

Has the same problem well I mixed youghot (low fat youghot) mixed with milk and scrubbed it on the part that was hurting Robinette and I worked so it should work for you!

With that much pain she should see her doctor. It may be a simple sprain or she may have actually injured a tendon. Other causes are possible too.

Treatment may be simply a pain reliever, (usually an anti-inflammatory), icing it, wrapping it, and keeping it elevated, but proper treatment needs to be determined by her doctor.
