I want to alphabetize my test pages that are questions with answers. The first line is in bold and the answer is on the next line how do I alphabetize them.

Do you have the Q-A pairs separated in any way, say, with a line or a Return?

You want to use the SORT function in Word.
You will need to play with the options to keep your pairs intact.

• Select the text in a bulleted or numbered list.
• On the Home tab, in the Paragraph group, click Sort.
• In the Sort Text dialog box, under Sort by, click Paragraphs and Text, and then click either Ascending or Descending.
