Me and my husband is in processing of devours he want to see his child but he does not want to pay child se port. We are 6 month separated he never pay anything. He say his layer told him if he can't see his child he does not have to pay any child se port. I phone him ones a week to talk to his child he talk just for 2 scones with her then he hangs up.

If there is not a court order for child support, he does not owe anything yet.

He does not have an attorney if he told you that. Child support and visits are not connected.

If you refuse him visits prior to the court hearing for custody, it will look very bad on you, and most likely give him a good weapon to use against you to get a better custody agreement. Showing that you were trying to keep him from the kids.

So get into court and get a child support order, he does not have to pay before that is in place.
