My penis has been irritated for a while now, but I don't know why. I am uncircumcized and this is embarrassing to say, but I masturbate quite a lot and I believe that is the reason for my irritation. My penis head is red with like a dry white-ish patch on either side and it hurts to the touch. On the underside of my foreskin is like a little white, creamy-like substance, but I don't know what it is. I don't know if this is relevant or even normal, but, also, there are little goose-bump like things around the tip of my foreskin when I pull it back. I clean with water, but I don't think that'll do anything as it hasn't done anything for me yet. How do I get rid of this irritation and redness and white stuff?
