Can a person be charged if he walks uninvited into someone's home?
If a person is in your doorway, and you told them to leave, yet they opened the door and came into your house, but you pushed them back, could they be charged for the act?

If a person forced their way into your home over your objections this is trespassing and yes you could call the police immediately.

However, if this is after the fact, and there was no damage done, the police are unlikely to pursue it.

Yes they can be, in my home they would be dead, if they came into my home without permission.
