When I was a kid, there was this film I loved but I can't remember the film name. I can describe some of the scenes for you.

It's a children's film. It has a male frog character who used to wear a blue or black waist coat. There was a cricket, can't remember how he used to look though but he was male too.

One of the scenes I can remember is they got into a restaurant kitchen.

It's not Adventures of Ichabod and Mr.Toad

The frog sounded quite dopey in his voice too. Also on the kitchen part, I think they get caught and thrown out.

Could have been made in either the 80's or early 90's
