IAM 61 YEAR OLD. I feel some strange pain like feeling in my left ear plus I heard echo in voices. Pl advise me

Regarding echo like hearing,I contacted ENT specialist he diagnosed me as Nerve Weakness of inside year, stating reason of might be with cold. But I was not with cold at the time. He prescribed Relent, Bilovas tablets for morning night two times. I took 3days tablets. Now I have no such complaint
