    I'm about 5 months pregnant at 16 (17 in July). And I wanted to know if I could marry the father without parents signature?In Louisiana.

    Nope. Under 18 needs the consent of both parents.

    Louisiana Marriage License Laws > LA Wedding Officiants

    And since the age of consent is 17, the father may be prosecuted for statutory rape.
