89 Honda Accord Intermittently Revs high
My car is reving high--sometimes when I push in the clutch. JIt's had a valve adjustment, carborator rebuilt and now timing belt is being changed because it was loose. Would the timing belt be making it intermitently rev high?

Frequently, air in the cooling system causes this problem. Remove the radiator cap and fill it with coolant, until it comes out the loosened bleeder bolt.
