    Crying for no apparent reason.
So I'm 21 years old and lately I've been crying for no reason at all. Like take for example I was watching space chimps for the heck of it and through out the movie I had an overwhelming feeling to cry. I changed the channel thinking it was the movie (not a sad movie at all) and started to watch the santa claus parade again started to cry for no reason. Can someone shed some light on this for me please?

You likely have spirits overcloaking you, who then channel their emotions through you while you're disconnected. I suggest getting up, shaking around, willing to be completely in your body again. Then if you're still getting triggered, the media is bringing up an emotion of how you feel about yourself (from your childhood) that needs to be resolved. Submit to the emotion and feel it fully!

It is OK, your soul needs to balance itself.
You said right: no apparent reason. But there are many things that go on in our spirit, none of them visible.

Have you considered talking to a councilor, or doctor about your emotions. It is indeed possible to be clinically deppressed. Maybe councilling or medication can help you until you can get over whatever it is that's bothering you.
