Have you taken her to the vet? What makes you think that she has had a stroke?
    How old is she?
A lot of times when people think their dog has had a 'stroke' they are actually suffering from vestibular disease. It usually causes their head to tilt, for them to be off balance, and for their eyes to move back and forth.
Here is more information on it:

If you believe it may be that, take her to the vet. Chances are if she has vestibular disease, she is not eating because she is feeling nautious.
