Hi, I'm 14 and every other month during my period I get really really bad cramps. I become pale and I would feel really hot but cold to the touch. They get so bad that sometimes I can't walk and I get really scared. I especially get scared when it happens in school because I don't know what to tell the nurse how what to do when it happens. Could there be something wrong.

Menstrual cramps can be really bad. When I was younger mine were that bad, too. Most often there is nothing wrong. In my case my uterus was tilted backwards (the OB gyn told me that might cause more cramping).
Don't be embarrassed to tell the school nurse. You can also tell your mom and you could take a pain killer.
In my case regular physical activity helped a lot to reduce the pain. Anyway, if you are worried and it doesn't get better you can always see a doctor to make sure.
