Parents never married. Father french citizen. Mother american citizen. Child born in u.s. & holds french recognition & american citizenship. Child now of adult age, wishes to move to france & attend school. Not sure how to locate proper information about what hold french recognition means -- can apply for french (dual) citizenship?
