I am having lower back pain slightly below my waist. I've been urinating a lot but the color is fairly clear. I have nausea very badly. I have had nausea ongoing for several yrs it is like morning sickness, but the last few days it's been real horrible. I am having kidney problems. I've had UTI before, but not with this type of back pain. What could it be and what should I do?

You need to get to a doctor. Unfortunately we can't diagnose this for you online. What you have sounds like a severe UTI (though I'm not a doctor and haven't diagnosed you so don't hold me to it). At any rate, this is not going to clear up on its own and will likely get worse. Do not ignore it and get to a doctor now.

Yes, similar to some lower kidney issues perhaps, but anything we would do is just guesses, you do need to have it checked with the doctor.

Should I wait to see my Dr on MOnday or would it be best to go to a walk-in clinic.
