I got cought drinking in a state park over a year ago I am still going to court I am only 17 I don't need this kind off stuff OK so there were 4 of us three guys and one girl including me well me and my two buddys get tickets pos/con of an alcoholic beverage & pos/con of an alcoholic beverage on city property but the girl got away scotch free and the cops never gave us a breathalysers test :mad: so I was just wondering why I haven't got out of this yet there's no prof at all? :mad: and the cop never cought us with in our reach or in our hand

You got caught! It's not such a big deal, but be a bit more discreet next time.

I'm surprised they are taking the matter to court, but if you have to go, be super-polite, stand up straight and wear neat clothes. Just grin and bear it - if you are well behaved in the courtroom, you'll get nothing more than a slap on the wrist.

Ok, you first need to take this seroius, and if you "don't need this stuff" you don't hang out underage in the park drinking.

You don't break laws, and do things proper for 17 year olds, and you don't get arrested and you don't have to do that "stuff"

And in most states, you just have to be there with it, and the officer merely has to smell it on your breath,

They don't need to know the percentage, you were not driving, all they need to know is that you were in possession of it and drinking.

Most likely they will give you probation and community service if you act nice and say yes sir and no sir and admit you were wrong.

You go in with an attitude and you will see it a lot worst.
