Wasup man, I was wondering how do I brake my lease. My lease was over in February, but now they stating that I needed to write up a letter two months ahead, so therefore they auto signed me for one year. So what do I do, to get out of it?

Hey dude, wasssssup with u?
When most leases end, they turn into a month to month tenancy. Read your lease and see if it says that it automatically renews... I'll bet it doesn't, dude, so they can't auto sign you to anything.
If it does, you're stuck. If it doesn't, write them a letter telling them so. If you want to move, give them 30 days written notice that includes one complete rental period.

How can they auto sign a new lease? A lease is an agreement you sign. excon is right - once your original lease is up, the lease is from month to month, unless the owner changed it - but you would have that notice in writing from him or her. For example, where I live, the lease changed. Tenants now have to give a 60 day notice if they want to leave. But it was in writing! Check your correspondence you got from them. Ask for copies. It sounds fishy. Good luck.
Some written leases have a provision where, if the tenant does not notify the landlord in writing within a certain amount of time that they do not intend to renew, then the lease shall automatically renew for another year at the same terms.
The OP needs to read the lease and see if such a provision is in there.
