Back in 2009 you helped a women who wanted to buy a home with bad credit. I am divorced Credit went down toilet due to divorce. I really want to buy a home for myself and daughter. I live in California, is there any hope and if so how do I go about doing it. I am employed after being stay home mom for 15 years.

Did you read the advice given to that women? Did you try following the suggestions?

If you can come up with a significant down payment and prove you can handle the payments, you may find a lender.

Home loans are getting tighter every year now as foreclosures go out the roof. IF you don't have good credit, you will need a higher amount of money to put down.
