Can Sepiwhite, (undecylenoyl phenylalanine), be melted and used as an oil?
Hi was wondering if someone could help me just a little. Can sepiwhite be melted into oil and used as a body oil without any other procedures or additives. I've heard it can be melted into oil but I wasn't sure if it could be used just like that.
    Thank You

The answer to your question is yes. I used safflower oil and heated it to 175F and melted the sepi white powder before adding to my cream. Sepi white is very drying to the skin so you might want to add Hyaluronic acid serum to your lotion or cream
