I don't want to live with my brother in law & my husband is forcing me I am just not comfortable & can't make my husband understand

I have been married since 7 yrs my husband got married to me against his family promising me to keep me separate but immediately refused to keep hid words once v got married & called his brother. I am just not comfortable and want him to realize that islam doesn't permit him to force his wife to live with his brother in shariat its wrong. He is a great follower of zakir naik & I want him to answer. As per shariat he is doing sin if he is forcing me to live with a man I am not comfortable with even if its his brother.
