Is talking on the phone to another probationer a violation?

Depends on the terms of your probation. Often the probation specifies not contacting other criminals which would make that a violation.

The terms say " not to accompany" another probationer.. I asked them to be specific and they wouldn't be. Accompany to me means physically being with someone.. thanks
