Hello, yesterday around 5pm I started my period, or so I thought, and around 3am I had gotten up to use the restroom and noticed that I had stopped bleeding. And today I wend all day with out bleeding. This isn't normal for me, I'm not suppose to start my period till the 17th, and my periods usually last 4-5 days. Any ideas what's wrong?

It may be that your period is just starting up in an unusual way and will continue in the next day or so. See what happens over the next several days. If you don't have anything more like a normal period, try a pregnancy test. Could just be an off cycle, but of course you would want to know if it is due to pregnancy.

Even normal periods are not like clock work, and even those that are, every now and then act strange.
Then of course stress, infections and other problems can cause some problems.

But of course if you have been having sex, of course being pregnant is always a maybe. Best to wait another week, if no period yet, try a HPT.
