My mother has custody of my son and has since 2007 and now that my life is in order I want to get my custody back and my family is in favor of me getting custody back. The only problem seems to be that I haven't been back on the methadone clinic very long and have had a few dirty drug screens. I had lost my job and was going when I could but sometimes using so I had dirty drug screens but I am holding down a full time job and a decent house and dependable transportation and have tried rehabs and the only thing that has worked was methadone. Around the same time that I lost my job I tried to save my children's father by having him go to the clinic which blew up in my face and caused all kinds of problems. However I also have a younger child that I have full custody of and have never had any issues with and their father is in prison. This case is based in Birmingham, AL. Please help!!

Get completely clean and out of the clinic, and then go and get children back. Visit them and stay part of their life till then.
