It was maybe 10 years ago or less. It involved the young people that lived in a enclosure like a prison but not, they were told the world was destroyed or something. The guy steals a access card and goes in a tunnel and sees people outside the dome. 2 of them go out in town after escaping with help from someone. They worn white suits I think. The end of the movie you see all of them escaping and walking around in those suits. In the movie you see them get clothes out of a drawer. The clothes are vacuum packed.
