It stays in effect until it expires by it's terms. If you stay in the apartment after that date, you are in a month-to-month tenancy.
Strictly speaking, probably not; the blinds might be considered fixtures. Ask the new owner whether they mind if you take the blinds.
I may ( and it is seldom) that I may disagree with Scott. If there were no blinds in the apartment when you moved in. If they required you buy them, but they did not pay for them, you own them. I would assume you have documents showing there were none when you moved in, and reciepts where you paid for them.
The new owner has to honor your lease.
