I would think that she notices attractive men on occasion, but that doesn't mean she would act on it in an inappropriate way. Perhaps if you presented it that way to her she would see it differently.

People are going to notice other people, but I suppose it could be about just how much of a glance you are giving and how frequently.

You could look at it from a different angle. You don't try to hide the occasional glance because of the strong relationship you have and the trust shared between you. You know it is nothing more than a glance.

Has your wife ever been cheated on before from someone else? Do you know if she has self-esteem issues? Have you ever given her a reason not to trust you? Maybe any of those plays a role in her reaction.

You can try to reassure her, although no doubt that is what you have been doing, or you could simply stop looking at other women when she is around... or at least be more aware of it and cut down on the occurrences. You do have control over your wandering eye.

Yes, she may be over reacting, but if it isn't a big deal to stop looking when you are with her, and it would bring about peace, then it is a small price.
Sometimes you make the choice of the easiest thing to change.
