I give my son spending money £30 a day. He is 21 years old and demands that I buy him a car. I had a car before and sold it.

He bullies my husband and I, (his stepfather), and threatens violence every single day in the house; to smash our cars, break a few things around the house. He refuses to work, as most jobs are beneath him.

He just keeps demanding and swearing at us everyday. My husband and I are hard working people and have to come home to this battleground every day.

How can I evict him without the house being smashed up at the same time?

Get a protective order which will keep him away from you and your property AND that means he can't live there - that's the general rule. But where is this? UK?

Yes. London , England. We called the police a couple of times but he walked out and came back after the police has gone. I am being bullied everyday by my own son. Please advise

Find out what is required to get a protective order and then do it. Wish I were more familiar with law in the UK but I am not. Hopefully somebody will come along with more specific info.

You may need to consult a solicitor. Did the police given you any advice when called?
