I got a 1st. Dui coviction in Smyrna TN. In 2009.I was unable to pay anything towards my fines, I could'nt find any work. I suffered a stroke in January of this year and my doctor has me on allot of medication.I recently did my 48 hrs. in jail and have to go to court on the 22nd. Of this month.It was hard for me to do the 48 hrs.in my condition will I have to do any more jail time.

I would go to Court with a letter from your Doctor concerning the state of your health and a good Attorney.
