    Ge dryer
Hi I have a GE dryer and it is making all kinds of noises. Its not sqealing it's a different noise I really can't explain it but its loud and it doesn't matter if it's a large load or a light load its makes the noise regardless I have replaced the guide and the felt and the metal and plastic pieces that go on the guide. The baring does not need to be replaced as I was told by a tech and the belt is still tight and in good shape. If anyone can help me out that would be great thanks

It sure sounds like a bearing is bad. Have you torn down the dryer and used white lithium grease on all bearings? That would probably cure the problem unless the bearing is scored, then you have to replace it. DrTom4444
