He was arrested Monday for a probation violation. We are wondering if he will even get a bail were not sure how the system works & cannot find any info on the subject.

He's not ENTITLED to bail like a citizen would be who wasn't serving a criminal sentence.. But, some jurisdictions will give it to him. Most won't, however.
