I have been in the investigation process for my security clearance for the last 5 years. Within the 5 years they have ask me to fill out a SF86 form twice, and god only know how many agents I have had and adjudicators. In the final 5 year they have stop process on my clearance for the lack of documentation. I know for sure I crossed my "t's" and dot my "I's". I never receive a statement of reason, so I asked my security officer. Her reply was after speaking with the customer I will not receive a statement of reason because I was not deny the customer just cancel my clearance.

What is my next step? What should I do? Who should I talk to?

I will not lie down after 5 longs stressful years without an explanation of what happen and them telling me that that just cancel it "is not enough"

You should ask why she cancelled it.
