After they die without problems

First be sure the person who wants to give it has the title to it, to prove they own it.

They can either add them to the title prior to death, which has its good and bad and has to be done correctly.

Or they do a will where they leave it.

Also if there is money owed on the trailer, ( loan) the person who is given the trailer will still owe that money also.
